Frequently asked questions
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of around 100 m³, or nearly 40 m² with a 2.5 m ceiling height. The result depends on the insulation of the dwelling and air circulation.
What fuel should be used?
This appliance runs on logs. Dry, quality fuel determines efficiency and limits the soiling of the glass and flue pipe.
Is a professional needed for installation?
Yes. Connection to the flue pipe must be carried out by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your insurance coverage.

- Claude A.
