Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Frequently asked questions
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of about 750 m³, or nearly 300 m². The result depends on the insulation of the dwelling and air circulation.
What fuel should be used?
This appliance runs on wood pellets. Dry, quality fuel determines efficiency and limits the soiling of the glass and flue pipe.
Is a professional needed for installation?
Yes. Connection to the flue pipe must be carried out by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your insurance coverage.
