Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The Fedora Steel Wood Stove · 8.3 kW is a La Nordica model with 8.3 kW, designed to heat a volume of approximately 238 m³, which is nearly 83 m².
What area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of about 238 m³, corresponding to roughly 83 m² in a typical home. Its nominal power is 8.3 kW. The actual heated area depends on the insulation of the dwelling and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 86%, meaning the portion of the fuel’s energy actually converted into heat. The appliance is rated A+ for energy efficiency. It holds the Flamme Verte 7 label. High efficiency directly translates into lower log consumption for the same comfort level.
What logs does it accept?
The firebox is designed for 30 cm logs. Use dry wood, stored for at least two years, with moisture content below 20%: this is essential for good efficiency and a glass that does not get dirty.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 130 mm: the flue pipe and lining must match this diameter. The appliance weighs 150 kg; two people are recommended for installation. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.

- Françoise I.
