After the order is confirmed, the bank details (IBAN/BIC) and the reference to use are sent to the customer by email and shown on the confirmation page. Deliveries to other countries are subject to a prior quote. Each order has a tracking number and delivery tracking is available online at any time. In the event of an abnormal delay, the customer is invited to contact [email protected]. ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL Beyond the legal period of fourteen (14) days (Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), the Seller grants the customer thirty (30) days from receipt to change their mind, without having to give a reason, with return costs paid by the Seller.
