Right of withdrawal (30 days)

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a legal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay a penalty. Beyond that, DAMDAM ELECTROMENAGER commercially grants you a total of thirty (30) days from receipt to change your mind, under the same conditions. 2. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT To exercise this right, inform us of your decision before the period expires, by email to [email protected], by means of an unambiguous statement. You may use the model form below (optional). 3. MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM For the attention of DAMDAM ELECTROMENAGER, 4 rue de la Villa Romaine, 14460 Colombelles, France, [email protected]: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the order below: - Ordered on / received on: … - Order number: … - Customer name: … - Customer address: … - Date: …" 4. RETURNING THE PRODUCTS You must send the product back without undue delay and at the latest fourteen (14) days after informing us of your decision. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. Return costs are paid by us: we arrange collection or provide you with a return label. 5. REFUND We will refund all sums paid no later than fourteen (14) days from recovering the goods or receiving proof of their dispatch. The refund is made by bank transfer to the account used for payment. 6. EXCEPTIONS The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (in particular goods that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, or clearly personalised goods).
