Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The MAGMA Wood Boiler ETMAGMA20CHNO wood stove from ETNA delivers 20 kW and heats up to 500 m³ (approximately 200 m²).
What area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of around 500 m³, which corresponds to about 200 m² in a typical home. The power can be adjusted between 15 and 20 kW, allowing it to run at low output in mid-season without overheating the room. The actual heated area depends on the home's insulation and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 83%, meaning the proportion of the fuel's energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly results in lower log consumption for the same comfort level.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 160 mm: the flue and lining must match this diameter. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer's warranty and your home insurance.

Frequently asked questions
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of around 500 m³, or nearly 200 m² with a 2.5 m ceiling. The result depends on the home's insulation and air circulation.
What fuel should be used?
This appliance runs on logs. Dry, quality fuel determines efficiency and limits soiling of the glass and flue.
Is a professional needed for installation?
Yes. Connection to the flue (160 mm outlet) must be done by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer's warranty and your insurance coverage.

- Émilie A.
