Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The Fantea Pellet Boiler FANTEA32EN is an ETNA wood stove of 32 kW, designed to heat a volume of approximately 620 m³, or nearly 320 m².
What area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of about 620 m³, which corresponds to roughly 320 m² in a typical home. The power can be adjusted between 6 and 32 kW, allowing it to run at low output during mid-season without overheating the room. The actual heated area depends on the insulation of the dwelling and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 90.65%, meaning the proportion of the fuel’s energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly translates into lower wood pellet consumption for the same comfort level.
How long does it operate without refilling?
The hopper holds 85 kg of pellets. The maximum stated autonomy reaches 59 hours at low output. In practice, the duration depends on the power required: the higher the temperature setting, the greater the consumption.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 100 mm: the flue pipe and lining must match this diameter. The appliance weighs 305 kg, so two people are recommended for installation. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.

- Pauline I.
- Mathilde A.
