Super poêle à granulés, elle chauffe super vite ! Livraison impeccable, pas de soucis. J'ai pas eu trop de mal avec l'installation, et c'est vrai qu'elle est silencieuse.

En gros, bon produit mais attention à la taille du bois, faut pas trop le tasser sinon ça ne prend pas. La chaleur est là, mais le nettoyage est un peu fastidieux.

J'ai reçu ma poêle assez rapidement, en 3 jours. L'installation a été un peu galère à cause de la notice pas très claire, mais au final ça chauffe bien !
La poêle à granulés Segreto Plus chauffe bien, j'suis assez content. Par contre, la notice pour l'installation, c'est un peu flou, j'ai dû chercher des vidéos sur YouTube pour comprendre. Livrée sans rayure dans le carton, c'est un bon point.
Franchement, elle chauffe super bien et fait quasi pas de bruit. Par contre, le carton était un peu abimé à l’arrivée, mais le produit en lui-même est nickel.
C’est une bonne poêle à granulés, chauffe bien la maison. Par contre, la notice est pas très claire, j’ai galéré pour l’installer.
Très bonne cuisinière, elle chauffe vite et est pratique. La livraison a été rapide mais j'ai eu un petit choc avec un coin du plateau, dommage. Sinon, rien à redire sur la chauffe !
