Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The Alfa Term 20 Wood-Burning Range Cooker Boiler · 23 kW is an AlfaPlam wood stove with 23 kW, designed to heat a volume of approximately 380 m³, or nearly 230 m².
What area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of around 380 m³, which corresponds to about 230 m² in a typical home. Its nominal power is 23 kW. The actual heated area depends on the insulation of the dwelling and the air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 76%, meaning the proportion of the fuel’s energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly results in lower log consumption for the same comfort.
How long between two reloads?
This cooker burns wood logs up to 33 cm, to be reloaded roughly every 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the heat demand. The boiler holds 14 litres of water, connected to your heating circuit.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 150 mm: the flue pipe and lining must match this diameter. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.
