Frequently asked questions
What power should I choose?
This appliance develops 9 kW. Generally, 1 kW is retained for 10 m² in a properly insulated home.
What fuel should I use?
This appliance runs on logs. Dry and quality fuel determines efficiency and limits the soiling of the glass and flue pipe.
Do I need a professional to install it?
Yes. The connection to the flue pipe must be carried out by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your insurance coverage.

- Jean-Marie A.
