Frequently asked questions
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of about 200 m³, or nearly 80 m² with a 2.5 m ceiling height. The result depends on the dwelling’s insulation and air circulation.
What fuel should be used?
This appliance runs on wood pellets. Dry, quality fuel determines efficiency and limits soiling of the glass and flue pipe.
Is a professional needed for installation?
Yes. Connection to the flue pipe must be carried out by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your insurance coverage.
