Description
The Lotus H470 W Air Fireplace Insert Black / Right Hinges KS2445 delivers 7 kW and heats up to 190 m³ (approximately 76 m²).
What area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of around 190 m³, which corresponds to about 76 m² in a typical home. Its nominal power is 7 kW. The actual heated area depends on the insulation of the dwelling and the air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 80.5%, meaning the proportion of the fuel’s energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly results in lower log consumption for the same comfort.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 150 mm: the flue and lining must match this diameter. The unit weighs 135 kg, so two people are recommended for installation. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.

Frequently asked questions

It is designed for a volume of around 190 m³, or nearly 76 m² with a 2.5 m ceiling. The result depends on the insulation of the dwelling and air circulation.
What fuel should be used?
This appliance operates with logs. Dry, quality fuel determines efficiency and limits soiling of the glass and flue.
Is a professional needed for installation?
Yes. Connection to the flue (150 mm outlet) must be done by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your insurance coverage.

- Claude A.
