Frequently asked questions
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of around 160 m³, or nearly 64 m² with a 2.5 m ceiling. The result depends on the dwelling’s insulation and air circulation.
What fuel should be used?
This appliance runs on logs. Dry, quality fuel determines efficiency and limits soiling of the glass and flue pipe.
Is a professional needed for installation?
Yes. Connection to the flue pipe must be done by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your insurance coverage.
