Installation rapide, tout est inclus dans le paquet. La taille est bien, pas trop encombrante, et elle s’intègre bien dans mon salon. Parfois, le filtre se bouche, mais c'est pas trop compliqué à nettoyer.

Sympa cette poêle, elle est assez esthétique dans mon salon. Par contre, le manuel d'utilisation pourrait être mieux fait, j'ai trouvé que c'était pas évident.
Installation pas trop compliquée mais j'ai eu du mal à comprendre les réglages au départ. Bonne chaleur, on sent la différence dans la maison.
Très satisfaite, la chaleur est bien diffusée dans toute la maison grâce aux canalisations. Livraison rapide et sans accrocs, le livreur était sympa.
La poêle à bois est sympa, chauffe bien, mais le montage c’était pas simple. La notice est pas super claire et j’ai galéré un peu. Sinon, le rangement à bûches est pratique.
Ça fonctionne bien mais j'ai remarqué qu'elle est un peu moins puissante que ce que je croyais. La livraison a été ok, mais le poids a rendu le transport un peu galère.
Super chauffe-eau, très efficace. Le système autonettoyant fonctionne bien, ça fait gagner du temps. Juste une petite rayure sur le carton à la livraison.
