Description
The Meltemi Dauerbrandofen Black Steel Soapstone Wood Fireplace K3110 is an 8.4 kW Fireplace wood stove designed to heat a volume of approximately 144 m³, equivalent to nearly 58 m² with a 2.5 m ceiling height.
What surface area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of around 144 m³, which corresponds to about 58 m² in a typical home. Its nominal power is 8.4 kW. The actual heated area depends on the insulation of the dwelling and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 80%, meaning the proportion of the fuel’s energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly results in lower log consumption for the same comfort level.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 100 mm: the flue pipe and lining must match this diameter. The appliance weighs 274 kg; two people should be planned for installation. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.
