Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The Vulcano EVO 12 room-sealed pellet stove from ETNA delivers 12 kW and heats up to 340 m³ (approximately 136 m²).
What area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of around 340 m³, which corresponds to about 136 m² in a typical home. The power can be adjusted between 2.6 and 12 kW, allowing it to run at low output during mid-season without overheating the room. The actual heated area depends on the insulation of the property and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 96.2%, meaning the proportion of the fuel’s energy actually converted into heat. The appliance is rated A+ for energy efficiency. High efficiency directly translates to lower wood pellet consumption for the same comfort level.
How long does it run without refilling?
The hopper holds 30 kg of pellets. The maximum runtime is up to 32 hours at low output. In practice, the duration depends on the power setting: the higher the temperature setpoint, the greater the consumption.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 80 mm: the flue pipe and liner must match this diameter. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.
