Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The MBS Strong Pellet Stove · 12 kW delivers 12 kW and heats up to 300 m³ (approximately 120 m²).
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of around 300 m³, which corresponds to about 120 m² in a typical home. Its nominal power is 12 kW. The actual heated area depends on the insulation of the dwelling and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 89%, meaning the proportion of the fuel’s energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly results in lower wood pellet consumption for the same comfort level.
How long does it operate without refilling?
The hopper holds 15 kg of pellets. In practice, the duration depends on the power required: the higher the temperature setting, the greater the consumption.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 120 mm: the flue pipe and lining must match this diameter. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.

- Émilie A.
