Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The ETNA Resia Wood Fireplace Insert · Ventilation Option wood stove delivers 11 kW and heats up to 290 m³ (approximately 110 m²).
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of around 290 m³, which corresponds to about 110 m² in a typical home. The power can be adjusted between 10.24 and 11 kW, allowing it to run at low output during mid-season without overheating the room. The actual heated area depends on the home's insulation and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 78.4%, meaning the proportion of the fuel's energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly results in lower log consumption for the same comfort level.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet is 150 mm: the flue pipe and lining must match this diameter. The appliance weighs 100 kg, so two people are recommended for installation. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.

Frequently asked questions
What area can it heat?
It is designed for a volume of around 290 m³, or nearly 110 m². The result depends on the home's insulation and air circulation.
What fuel should be used?
This appliance runs on logs. Dry, quality fuel determines efficiency and limits soiling of the glass and flue pipe.
Is a professional required for installation?
Yes. Connection to the flue (150 mm outlet) must be done by a qualified installer: this is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your insurance coverage.
