Why are our prices the lowest on the market?
- Wholesale pricesWe buy in bulk from our wholesalers, on the terms our trade agreements allow us to obtain. That accounts for most of the gap with the recommended retail price.
- No card feesWe only accept bank transfers. The commission charged on every card payment disappears, and we pass that saving on in the price. That is also why we do not offer card payment: it would make every order more expensive.
- Shipped from our warehouseNo middleman, no shop or showroom to run: your order leaves directly from our premises.
Appliances are new and factory-sealed, with the 2-year legal warranty that we provide ourselves. Where our products come from

Description
The 70 EOS Wood Fireplace Insert · 8.5 kW is a La Nordica model delivering 8.5 kW, designed to heat a volume of approximately 244 m³, equivalent to nearly 122 m².
What area can it heat?
It is sized for a volume of around 244 m³, which corresponds to about 122 m² in a typical home. The power can be adjusted between 4.2 and 8.5 kW, allowing it to run at low output during mid-season without overheating the room. The actual heated area depends on the home's insulation and air circulation between rooms.
What is its efficiency?
The declared efficiency is 86%, meaning the proportion of the fuel's energy actually converted into heat. A high efficiency directly results in lower log consumption for the same comfort level.
What should be planned for installation?
The flue outlet diameter is 150 mm: the flue and lining must match this diameter. Installation and connection must be carried out by a qualified professional, which is a condition of the manufacturer’s warranty and your home insurance.
